FAST ECM-what needs to be done after changing from bank to bank to sequential?

When switching from bank 2 bank to sequential will your tune-up be close? the car seems to be running richer after the change. does it have to have a completely new tune-up or just be cleaned up at idle and part throttle? any ideas or suggestions. thank you.

You should be close. I would expect most of the difference to be at idle and cruise. WOT may be somewhat different but I would expect the differences there to be less significant than at idle/light cruise.
