As long as you don't add anything or change anything, once you have the tune right you don't have to play with it. IMO I think the FAST XFI engine management system is the way to go. Costs a little more up front but you can do so much with it. Don't have to buy new chips when you change something..... If you have a FAST system and you add something all's you have to do is re-tune it. And you can customize the tune. Might change the tune a little bit going from the street to the track.

Cool good info. I was thinking about the way temps effect our cars also.
 
So many of us on this forum try to push our cars for their max or set on kill mode or make sure we're getting every single ounce of HP for our investment in performance parts. It's like a crack addiction. If you can break yourself from this pattern, you'll probably be happier in the end. So if your XFI is tuned and ready to go, enjoy it. Cruise it, go to car shows, enjoy it at the track and just have fun with the car. Tinkering what ain't broken leads to broken parts. :-)
