Question, are you running the Extender chip? or Who's chip?
Unless you're running an Extender chip the switch labeled MAF WOT will have little to no affect.

The extender you have is not right for your car.
I will be exchanging your chip for an Extreme this week. That should fix
all your tuning issues.
The chip upgrade will ship with the ECMs.
