As far as I know

Fastest "109" stock block cars have gone 9.30's @144-146mph (Dave Bamford, Roy Garcia, and Tony O.)... Bamford might've went a 9.20??

You have to be more specific in your question.
The only difference between some stock block cars and stage cars is the block itself, all internals are the same........which =$$$.
