I wonder if John Schmidt will be there with his Riv??

-John Gallina has run 7.81 @ 179 at over 3000lbs
rumor on the street is that he is taking the required
NHRA Weight out of the car. I would expect it to drop
200-400lbs. The new motor has not been run on kill yet.

-Will Wilkerson has had some issues with the car but has
made some updates and improvements. His car should
run really well if they can get it up on boost with the 96MM
Turbo with and automatic.

-Bill Anderson should have the fastest car there on paper.
If he has the clutch set up I would expect nothing less than
7.4s with big 190MPH. I would love to hear that thing on the 2 step at 6000RPM

Who else is in the show!!!

I wont be running on kill until the end of the week at least, I have to get used to the car all over again as I have not raced it since Nov. I tend to think if we get a good track you will see some records smashed by several people.....
I heard ANS is bringing something as well as Borelli.

Kent Rudbeck? Jim Dotson? Ron Luman? Those are some of the heavy hitters (they've all run in the 7's) that I can think of.....

Borelli can always put up a big number!
Off of memory I think he has been in the 7.5s a couple times.

I did not know that Pete Barton had anything together.
Do you know anything about the set up?

I am not sure if Big Al is still running but that thing went 7.5 to 7.6s also!

Shawn Lilly sold his car but still had the motor last time I spoke to him. That thing went 7.5s.

Sounds like he is going to try some bigger wheels and GT Technology!!!

Last time Ron Luman sent the motor to Kenny D. for "updating", Ken said he put a "7.30 tune on the motor." It would be nice to finally get to see that car run correctly at BG.

Yes it would be nice to see Ron's car at B.G. But unfortunately it will not be there.:( The car does have a fresh Kenny D. motor and ready to rock but not this year. The car is for sale and at a pretty good price.

Looks like the Nats should be exciting this year if everyone shows up. We feel like we have our tranny issues fixed for this year. Bringing a crapload of spare parts just in case. I will have to creep up on mine a little at a time - haven't had any seat time in over 2 years. That lockup in high gear takes some getting used to. The good thing about BG is you don't necessarily have to run your ride in "grenade mode". We will be in what we call "social mode" which is enough to go fast without breaking anything(hopefully:D ).

Not sure if Borelli is coming this year.

I dont think it is anywhere close at all, I just read on the V8 Buick site he is having trouble with the chassis guy as well as getting the engine completed. I am sweating myself right now, I still dont have my trailer back yet (it is getting reskinned thanks to some punk kids who decided that I didnt need my golf cart on Christmas Eve, they couldnt get it running after overturning it so they trashed my entire trailer) I called the guy yesterday and he said the aluminum has not showed up yet but should be in today. If not I will have to drag it down there looking like crap and half finished.
