FBI Grand National Grad school project

Currently, I am in the process of wanting to find a research project for my graduate school project. I have heard before that the FBI obtained and use the Grand National. Basically I want to write about this, which will be published. I am looking for primary source documents. If I cannot find any primary source information, this piece of history will be left uncovered. If anyone has information please contact me. I need to have primary sources meaning original paper work, articles, gov documents, pictures, and so on. Due to being a grad school project only primary sources will work. I know I am taking a shot in the dark but hope someone out there will help me find info.
