There is usually a good group of 30-50 of us at this annual event. You might even be able to catch a ride from one of the Houston guys? If not, it is still not a bad drive from the Woodlands.

Is this event going to be 1/8 mi or 1/4mi? I just went to the track site and saw the run both. Sure seems to be way out there cant barely find it on satelite:biggrin:

Hard to see the track for the trees! It also runs parallel to the highway about 200 yards away.
This track has been around since the '60s I believe.
Hope your stay in Texas is enjoyable.
