TTA850, You definately have a "Festival Car" It is the last one in serial# block 227XXX that was there.

It was signed out on May - 5-1989 and driven untill May -30 -1989 by A G.M. guy named Al Fisher.He was No relation to the Fisher Body Guys though. That's all I have on your serial number, but I hope this helps. Turbota.

Retardedmunk: Are you sure the mark on the rear fascia is 75. I do not have a record of that low of a plate number. The lowest ones in my file are in the 80 something range.
If your serial number is 228019, the plate number is 95.
