Cool CAD stuff! I have a couple of CNC mills and a rapid prototype printer.
I'm shopping for a schweet new five axis mill that runs on linear drives in all axis, and has ultra-sonic Z-axis cutting if needed.

Let me know if you have an .STL file I could play with. I have an FTP site for big files if needed.

My trip to DMG of Charlotte - Dental Lab Network

I'm looking at the Linear 55 or the 20 mill. Around $500,000 or so.
I will be able to mill turbines or impellors out of HIP Zirconia and titanium, along with medical implants and Dental stuff.
I would like to eventually make a non-round port in a head and scan that port and mill a Zirconia valve. I have a feeling that a perfect circle is not the best shape for a 2-valve push-rod engine.
