Make sure who ever welds it uses a TIG to fix it.

Had it tig welded and put back on but still ticking on the passenger side... maybe another header is needed! also with the header being cracked, this will affect the amount of boost gained right??? because im only getting about 12#s max!?

Yes it will affect boost level as well as the fuel mixture. If you can find a decent set I'd replace them but I think Brian at Gbody has got a good repair man that can fix the ones you have.
