Finally have everything back together, exhaust and headers put on, but I have a gfew problems.

For some reason I cant get my fuel preassure where t should be I get it to 36 with the vaccum line off and when I put it back on it dosent go up to 42 it goes down to around 25-30??

Second, I think my exhaust housing is leaking air where the two pieces meet from the inlet and downpipe. What can be done about this?

I have a cheap otc 2000 and got the tps in the right spot and was wondering if you can set the iac with the otc 2000?

Thats alot of questions for one post, but I am in need of some good advice

thanks

fuel pressure is supposed to go down at idle when the vacuum hose is reconnected. the higher value will be with the hose off

not sure about your other issues... maybe someone else can chime in

I was wondering if I had it messed up, so 42 with cap off then it should go down to around 35

Hi Kyle,Glad to see your gettin it together.I would set the fuel pressure to 39-40 psi with the line off.You can use the OTC 2000 to set both TPS and IAC.PM me if you dont know what all the modes are.The trick to setting both sensors is you have to set them BOTH kinda at the same time. When you adjust IAC it changes TPS setting. If you set the IAC first then set TPS second, when you move the TPS to get it too the correct reading it will change the IAC slightly.SO... you do them both at same time and slip up on them slowly, letting the engine settle a minute between adjustments.I am assuming the air leaks you are talking about are in between a connection in your special downpipe?Maybe a copper gasket????HTH P.S. I just blew my engine, so much for summer!!!!!:(

next thing i think kyle should do is loose the flowmasters as they work on cyl pulse tech and not that good for turbos
just a suggestion
