which one is most reccommended, i am changing the tcc sol. this weekend and want the proper filter installed

The best way to do it is to get the deep Art Carr pan and have the bottom machined smooth and slap a 700R4 bottom feed filter in there. I had a noticed increase in shifts with this setup.
