I finally found a brand new NOS 3.27 ring, pinion and carrier. I only needed the ring and pinion, but i'll take the carrier too. This is a little easier then doing a whole rear end swap.

It ended up being $600 with shipping. shipping was $30. Someone bid 3 times in the last minute to run up the price. Oh well. It's actually within 50 miles of my house, but for $30 it's worth not having to drive to Chicago. I watched it on e-bay for a whole week. I'm glad I ended up with it.

I probably overpaid considering I just spent $600 more on this rear end, but hopefully it doesn't make noise and works like new. Then i'll be happy.
