After losing the number one rod bearing back in February, with #5, and #6 close behind, I was able to get the motor rebuilt. All the guts were kept the same except I went with a FTS cam. The heads/intake were ported, 50# injectors added, and a new PTE 6262 S cover turbo added, along with a new 3.5" downpipe and a 4" intake with Z06 MAF. Upgraded the Trans + and the TT chip. Hoping to get kicked off the track for not having a cage this season. Stupid goal, I know, but it's the little things that keep me happy. I've only owned this GN for two years and have put major sweat equity into it.

I'm not quite done yet. I have to cut down the RJC intake pipe and install the cone filter. I also have to finish cleaning up the wiring and getting everything plugged back in. Two hours and she fires!!! What do ya'll think?

Thanks, dude!!

I won't meet my goal right away, but I'll spend the summer tuning, drinking beer, and having fun!!

Oh and don't forget the rest of your hose clamps. ;)

Here's a reference for you when it comes to cramming an air filter onto the end of those 4" MAFs.

Aye aye, captain obvious!

Hey now, you wouldn't be the first person to get so excited about your new mods that you take it out onto the street and hear "PFFFFFFFFFFT" and can't build any boost, drive home cussing your head off that your $3000 credit card bill resulted in a 18 second GN, then pop the hood and find something obvious. :D :D

Sean

It looks good, give me some feed back on the turbo.
I am sure you will have some seat time before me.

Well?????? Did it start Sean? Or did it go clicl-click-click!:D :D

Looks like in your pic you forgot to rewire the #49 Quad-spec agitator into the Goog line filteration module.

As soon as I get some seat time I'll let you know what my observations are.

Good luck!

Thanks!

Friday...friday... and if it goes click click click I'm burning this thing down!

I did forget to rewire the #49, because I replaced it with a Mr. Fusion Flux Capacitor.

Its all gonna be good Sean. Hopefully the only problem you will have is a Traction Problem.;)
