I really hope by some chance that she is still alive, i've seen the disturbing video and did not see a woman. I felt so bad for all of those soldiers, it depresses me to think about it. God bless them all.

The Iraqies are so brain dead, that everyday is a surprise.

Do you guys think her death will pass without action?.
War is somewhat about, Turn Abouts, are fair play. The Americans won't stoop to their level, but in the end, the balance sheet will be in our favor.

The stinkier the enemy plays,
only makes it worse on themselves.

Trust me.

I hope the people protesting the war don't read that. That is the exact reason they are protesting, so people like her don't die. I tend to agree that she is almost better off dead. Iraqi's don't like women in the first place, nevermind from our country. The things they do to women is just sick. From raping them to hanging them upside down during their monthly cycle so they blood can't come out. I feel bad for her and her family and you hate to hear about stories like these. But, this is the exact reason we have to keep going and take out this leadership group.

MSNCBC reported today that Marines found bloodied female Army uniforms with the name and American flag patches ripped off. Found them in a garbage bag at a hospital they took over. Also, in the same padlocked room, was a large battery next to a hospital bed probably used for torture.

Savages.

Recent news & TV reports have stated that she suffered "multiple gunshot wounds", but at least she's alive & hopefully will recover OK.

The thought of young teenage girls being harmed really pisses me off ...

That is something that she is still alive. I just watched a clip of her dad talking and her best friend the other day that she was missing. And then i just found out they found her. That is GREAT!!!!

the Wirt Co. girls are tough, I graduated in 01' from Hedgesville High and I remember Erica Dye(103 lbs placed 2nd in state) from wrestling she was from the same school as Jessica and she has wrestled internationally. I have 4 friends that are in the same division that four of their fellow troops were captured and executed.

Good Luck
Chuck Files, Adam Troutman, and the rest of you guys in the desert. Come back safe!

Hedgesville is not far from Martinsburg, Falling Waters, & Berkeley Springs...or are there 2 Hedgesvilles in W. Va.?

Nice people, beautiful country-side! :)

In addition to the gunshot wounds I heard she also had multiple broken bones. I am glad to see she is alive and can go back to her family again. She will be a very rich girl when all this is over, you know someone will want to give her a book deal and stuff.

I hope she makes millions off this. She has earned it. I'm not sure I want to hear all that she has been through. I just heard that an Iraqi passed a note to a Marine telling where she was. The word got to the Navy Seals and they put this mission together. I'll bet Mom and Dad are VERY relieved. Great news!

God must of been watching out for her. I can't imagine what happend, I'm just thankful they found her. Hopefully the other female pow will be found alive with the other pow's.

I dont get it.

What does her being female have to do with it? male, female, black, brown, yellow, white, or orange. She is an American Military person defending our country. To say she is more important because she is a female and was captured, degrades those who have given their lives in the present and the past.

To say she should make money because she was a captured female is disrespectful to all those POWs who lived thru hell and not only didnt make any money for it, but were so many times ignored by our government.

Im very glad to hear that she was recovered and I salute her for her efforts, as I would any military person who has sacrificed their blood and sweat in defense of our country.
You certainly dont join the military to make money, as a prevous post shows.

I was there for Desert Storm and my only regret is that we didnt finish it then. Even now pushing 40 I would go back in a heartbeat if I was needed. Those people out there are doing their jobs, and doing it proudly.

Oh, and before you go thanking god for saving them I would go plant a big sloppy kiss on every member of that seal team.
