First test 2008( Bad Ass Syclone)

Film from my First test this year. The quality is not 100%. Unfortunally I haven´t had a chanse to try it on full boost, and I´m running on E85 this year (working really good) but it´s coming.... Enjoy!

Bad welds on the intercooler. The weld should be stronger than the base metal.

What caused the intercooler to do that?

had a well known and with good reputation guy do this IC and the welds looked sweet and nice. but after the burst we saw the "bad news" not welded on bouth sides..

As I mentioned the IC is welded and reinforced (no time to redo the job yet) but we´ve a new welder promising do the job in the nearby future and to use thicker alu sheetmetall than the 2,5 mm as now..



Intercooler is fixed after the damage. With decided to go out on the street to testdrive it. The boost was 15 PSI, and the tracktion was´nt the best The black marks was about 230 feet. the time on the G-tech was 0-60: 2.6 sec. The only thing I can say is that it´s tremendous power on this V6.
