The insurance company and I are getting close to a settlement on my wrecked 86 GN. I am left with the decision of fixing the damage (front clip, front supension, drivers A-pillar, door & quarter
$$$$$), parting out the car (additional funds for 87 GN
) or buying the body panels to fix the car at a later date and put the car in storage to be rebuilt at a later date
. I've had different suggestions from different folks, but I haven't made up my mind. I guess the real decision maker will be when I have the front of the frame measured to see how far out of wack it is. I hate the thought of parting out a car that has so many memories .
