fixed mast antenna cap/nut?????

Not sure what you call it, but I need the two parts that go on the outside/top of the fender. There is a plastic cap thingy and then a wierd 12point nut etc. This is for a fixed mast, not a power antenna. Must be in good shape. Let me know what you have. also two rust free mounting screws would be good too for the antenna bracket.
