Flasher relay location?

My left blinker is very very sloooooowww.....
About 1 blink every 15 seconds.
The right blinker is OK. 1 blink every second.

I think the flasher relay needs replacing.
Where is it located on a 87 Turbo Regal?

Basically right above your right leg while you're driving. Remove that trim piece under the steering wheel and it'll be up there on the right side of the steering column.

Hi,
I doubt that the flasher is at fault, as one side works normally. Instead,I think you have a bad bulb or socket. Pertaining to bulbs, I see a lot of Chinese parts that are total crap. I used a pack of their bulbs in my business,and had two customers come back within 2 weeks with, guess, burnt out bulbs. Specify GE, make sure it has a brass fixture. The F ing Chinese are too cheap to use brass. Contact is another issue, and our sockets are getting older.Don't confuse the conductive grease, which looks yellow or brown by now, with corrosion. However, I can only say that as the owner of a 25 year old car, I have not had any problems with lighting that were not related to bad bulbs.Screw in a new one, and it should be fine.
