Foot pounds torque and lube A arms/ coil over

ive done a few cars for suspension rebuilds /steering in past but other parts I have used all came with a single page of specs for torque the bolts and general install (lube etc)

Tried the Viking coil overs wIth double adjustables, UMI A Arms, and Moog steering kit and zero instructions included

Of course I can call company Monday but have weekend off and wanted get it done today
Anyone have the specs handy or used these parts before?
