I am using the cyber sender that came with the dash. I had the dash brand new. What do you mean by 6 or 18 count per rotation?

if you have the cybe speedo sender and the orange output hooked up as per instructions it should work, if it doesnt
call maria at cyberdyne and get a RA # and then send it in for repair
