Forum phone issue!!

My phone keeps saying failed to connect to forum. Please check with forum administrator if this problem persists. It does this all the time and can not do anything. It may last a few minutes or a few hours. Why? Help!! I always use my phone not the computer.

Also I had to get a new password so the forum sent me one so i can log in. So i went to change the password to one i mite can remember it wanted the existing password so i put it the one the forum sent and it said it is wrong so how can i change it.

Did you up date to the new software?
i tried keeping the old software as it was way better than the current one but it doesn't work anymore( same issues as your having) once i down graded to the new one it works as it should.

Finally got my password fixed and removed the app and put it back on. But I lost all my stuff in my favorites and all Damn. Maybe it will be ok now

You may have been on the old Forum Runner software. Nothing has changed with the new software in a while. I still have the newest version for Android I havent pushed up yet but the old version works just fine.

Thanks I think I have it fixed. I removed the app and reinstalled it. It looks the same but working. Thanks for this forum there is only one problem with it it is like a drug!! I also have a forum name one here that all needs to be deleated it is tbome87 I think is right it was a mistake. It and the email address needs to be deleated. I had to use my wife's email on my forum name because it would not let me change my forum I.d ( tbone87) is the one I use but would like to use my emai address instead of hers to log in or change passwords. Thanks again.

If youre using an Android device running 4.0+ OS, there is a beta build of the new app around here somewhere. If you do a search for it, you can find it here and download it. The IOS app is already up to date.

The newest version for ios rocks, took me a day to get used to it with the red border and all the nifty features. Had it for a while now, idk 2 months at the longest. Works flawless

It is pretty good. Only complaint I have is in your convos tab it doesn't give you a red balloon in the menu letting you know you have a new message.
