New Racetronix regulator fittings leaks. All new O-rings including the small one in the metal supply line. I threading it on finger tight before I tightened the others. Questions: #1 The stock mounting screws are too short, so I used the ones that came with regulator. As you can see in the attached pic, the “ears” on the regulator don’t fit flush with the mount. Is that correct? #2 Do you need some kind of sealer on the fuel line threads even though there is an O-ring? #3 The regulator is taller than stock so the bend in the vacuum line has to attach at an angle. Is that just the nature of the beast? Leaving it alone to de-pressurize and will try it again tomorrow. Thanks for any advice you can send my way.

There’s a shim you need to install. 2 of them actually.

No sealant required. I’ll post a pic

There should be some spacers in there !
Your unit should have come with 2 sets (one thick pair & one thinner pair)

Got it. Tried it with the spacers & it still leaked - but from the front side of the regulator. Tightened it up & all is well. Thanks guys!
