Anyone have any experience with converting a hot air to a after turbo TB. I have a JS intake and some TB parts but I'm not clear on the hookup.

I am not familar with the JS intake, but I believe they mount the TB on the front of the intake(86/87 style). The turbo mounts in the stock hot air location. Are you running a intercooler or just running a pipe from the turbo to TB(still hot air)? -Nick.

I'm running an intercooler. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the JS manifold have the TB on the front like the 86/87's? Thats how my V2 was. Maf pipe will hook up to a inlet bell(86/87 style) mounted on the turbo. You will run a pipe from the turbo to the intercooler back to the throttle body on the intake. Breif description.

Yes the JS has the TB arrangement just like the V2. My confusion is the routing of the TB vacuum lines. Do they remain the same for the TB on the pressure side?

Should hook up just like the 86/87's right? My V2 used a external vacuum block from a ford. Just a plastic piece with ports on it. But, I don't think relocating the TB affects the vacuum system. Find a diagram for the 86/87 vacuum lines and follow that. Just make sure everything that needs vacuum get vacuum and everything that needs a boost line get boost(fuel pressure regulator, wastegate, wastegate solenoid, boost gauge, anything else I am forgetting). -Nick.
