That looks fantastic! If the rest of the car has that level of detail, it is going to be awesome. Good job!

Was curious what your method was on removing the body from the frame? Everyone had there ways, just wondering what your was... Nice Job ;)

Well, after I had pulled the engine and tranny, that left everything wide open. All I did next was take out the rear, move some wires and start undoing the body bolts. Frame dropped down using mobile jacks and I just slid it out. I did this in my 1-bay garage. Very easy. I was surprised. I also had taken the front springs out but I knew I was going to replace everything at that point. So, jackl stands, wooden blocks, hydraulic jacks and a lot of creeper time is how I did it. If you have any specific questions, you can email me privately. Thanks!

Where did you get all of your lines, nuts and bolts etc.. around the frame?

Everything I used was the original pieces. I bought a black oxide kit and a zinc plating kit for the bolts. Very inexpensive. The rest was hand polished with a brillo pad. Everything was then clearcoated.

Hate to disappoint some people but the car won't be done in time for this years NATS. Ordered my Baer brakes in February and they still don't have calipers. Ordered my engine internals from the GSCA and it took a month to get those parts. And added to that, my mechanic ran out of time for the rebuild. I can't begin to say how disappointed I am. The Nationals is the ONLY vacation I get. I'll be there, but not with bells on. To add insult to injury, i ordered a 10x10 canopy to sit under in BG and it turns out to be on backorder after I callednd asked if I will have delivered by Monday.

Not long. From start to finish it took about 6 weeks. And that was working after my normal job. If you had the time and resources, it would proably take less than a month.
