I am restoring my gn that I bought as a project car. Now the frame that is in my gn was powder coated. I found out it is bent and would have to come out. The body shop found a 86 monte carlo ss frame. There seems to be some differences around the drivers side frame rail where the crossmember bolts in.My buick is cut while the monte carlo is solid frame . Thats the only difference that I see. I was wandering why they did that and if there is a reason? Thanks
