Do you need them exact? My best guess from replacing the bushings last week is 2" od by 1/8" thick. If that's not close enough I can go out to the barn and put the calipers on them. :)
 
thanks.doesn't need to be exact, but would you know what the I.D should be for bushing to sit into..I think i can make these instead of buying them..thanks again
 
Are you talking about the flat washers on the bottom or the drawn or extruded washers that go up into the bushings? Flat washer id. is just big enough for the bolts to go through.
 
the flat washers that are welded to the frame..the I.D. just has to be large enough for the body bushings flange to set into..I think thats right.
 
I think I have some extras. I noticed there seems to be a slight bit of slop in the washer though. Just makes it easier to put in. It's an easy job welding them in once you get the bad stuff cut out. I welded mine flush. Looks nice
