Anyone know what size the freeze plug is on the driver side by the oil dipstick? Whats the best install procedure? Thanks.

It is a 1 1/2"
I would replace all of them if one is leaking the others are going to soon. (unless it was installed wrong to begin with) Best way is with the engine out. Easiest way is with a socket that fits inside the plug loosely (not snug or it'll lock the socket in place) and then use a good sized hammer to knock it in. I use aviation gasket sealer on the O.D of the plug and a coating in the block, too. You can use a short socket to help with access. (1/2" drive) Drive it in straight or it'll fall out. You can buy a real cool expansion plug driver tool. Here is a picure: http://www.toolsource.com/expansion-freeze-plug-tool-p-105862.html

The other option is a rubber temporary type that has a nut on it and it is tightened and it swells in place. NOT the best choice but they do last awhile. Do not make a pass down the track with one, though. If it pops out you might end up hitting the wall due to loss of traction.
