fresh stock short block!

I'm looking for a fresh 86/87 short block fairly close to central Illinois. Looking for stock pistons, rods, crank assembled with new rings/bearings and something you know is a solid piece. Don't care if it has billet caps, main studs would be super awesome, but not required.
