front end?

I'm not looking to upset the die hard brick fan and i'm not asking for your opinion if i should do it or not.
I just want to know if any one has used the jegs complete front end w/ rack & pinion steering setup, or a similar setup.
Now go ahead and tell me how its a waste of money.
