FRONT FRAME BRACES ?

Hi, to all

Could somebody tell me what size bolts I need to mount my Kirban front frame braces?? I'm sure I could just use any size that's close and will fit through the frame with a nut and washer, but isn't 2 of the bolts used self tapping without a nut?? If so those are the ones I'm not sure about!!!

i think they are a 10mm coarse thread bolt (whatever thread count that is) with a 15mm head.. the bolts that go into the crossmember are self tapping bolts with an integrated washer.. might be able to just jam a 3/8" or 7/16" self tapper in there, or chase the holes with a tap and use regular bolts. the bolts at the bumper end have a nut on the back side, so use whatever grade 5 or better bolt/nut/washer combo that fits.

Use a standard header bolt. It will fit perfect.

The two that go in the bottom are 3/8" x 16 thread cutting bolts, I think. I have a couple here I can send you if you want. I got some last time I was at Kirban's and wound up drilling the hole out bigger, so I got no use for them.
