Front license plate bracket

Can someone please show me a picture of how it mounts. I have a chrome bumper on my 87 turbo regal. I am stumped.

Here's how it looks. The bracket has two round holes to bolt it in two holes in the lower edge of the bumper and the two other square holes in the bracket is where you push in the square plastic pieces in to screw the license plate into them. It mounts the same way for either a painted or chromed bumper. That's about it.
