I have decided that to install my HID's the right way, I am going to have to take the front nose of the car off.

Question is how hard, what is involved in doing this? Can I leave the bumper on ect.?

Don't remove if you can help it. Sounds like you are thinking projectors, bucket cutting- the buckets are just spring held IIRC.
Nasty Wendy has done this IIRC.

It's alradcos HID's kit and they have a heck of wiring harness and compasitors with them that I don't want to look at.

I for one have never pulled the shade to change the bulb in my lamp. Lol

You have to unscrew the bumper fillers from below on each side and figure out how to support them - I think there are 3 screws on each side. Then take the side markers off - there are a couple of bolts behind them. The filler panel in front of the hood latch has to be loosened; the screw right in front of the latch on an angle goes to a bracket and that screw has to come out. The other bolts going through the core support have to come out too, 4 I think. There are long studs with nuts on the ends on either end under the hood. Unhook the grille springs from behind the bumper reinforcement. Unplug the headlights. It should come off at this point. Just be gentle and wiggle it loose. They are reasonably durable but as long as you pick it up evenly it will be fine.

when I pulled my header panel I left my bumper fillers in place. Seems like it was very few fasteners.

I did twist off one of the metals studs and had to epoxy it back in place since the nut was rusted. Other than that it would take less time to actually pull it than to think about it.

My bodyshop wants 3.5 hr to R&I one...i was like umm i can have it off in 20 mins...i'll bring it off the car:)

Alradco's HIDs are easy to install & the wires are easy to hide W/O taking header panel off; I hid my wires in loom & tucked 'em away
You might try to install first & then take off header panel if you don't like... might save a lot of cussin'
