Front skinnies what diameter?

I'm looking to run 15 x 3.5" front wheels. What is the tallest tire I can run?

I used to have 27" ET Fronts. They fit a 3.5" wheel fine.

I should have noted that I have 2" drop spindles. Do you still think a 27" will fit without rubbing? Thanks for responding.
