FS: 2002 SOM Camaro Z28, LS1 V8, 6spd, 86K, mild mods, CHEAP in NJ

2002 Camaro Z28
35th Anniversary edition
LS1 V8
86K miles
Exterior: Sunset Orange Metallic (very rare color, only 2XX of these in this color in 02)
Interior: Black Leather
6 speed manual trans

This is a stripper car, only options are leather and A/C.
NO power windows, locks, mirrors, wiper fluid reservoir, T-tops or targa roof, etc

Mildly modified.
Car has run 12.6X at 116mph in 1/4. Dyno'd right at 355rwhp, tuned by Cartek of Garwood, NJ.

Mods:
-Custom Cartek cam. Lift in the .650 range, but with awesome drive-ability/idle characteristics.
-SLP lid and air filter
-Mufflex custom built exhaust, with Magnaflow muffler
-Eibach Sportline springs
-Bilstien shocks and struts
-BMR panhard bar
-BMR subframe connectors
-BMR lower control arms
-Rear girdle
-3.42 gears
-Eibach swaybars
-Powerstop slotted front rotors
-Hurst short shifter
-Custom Corbeau CR1 seats covered in black leather with orange stitching (over 2K into these alone)
-SSR Integral A2 rims (discontinued, hard to find anymore)
-Nitto 555 245/45/17 tires
-Eclipse CD player, with aftermarket speakers all around (and hook up that is ready for amp/sub box)

Issues:
-ABS is disconnected
-Trans does not have 2nd gear, needs syncro
-Small section of rear bumper, right behind wheel is cracked (can't tell unless you are looking for it)
-Ashtray lid broken
-Few small chips/nicks in paint and few small scratches marks on interior plastics

I am very particular and don't want anyone to be surprised or disappointed when looking at it.
Only real problem is the 2nd gear issue, which is not a huge one.
With the 6 speed, shifting from 1st to 3rd makes daily driving it basically the same.
All other gears function perfectly with no grinding, popping out, etc.

KBB is: 10,500-11,200
NADA is: 10,600-12,900

Price:
$9900 FIRM
If you know these cars, you know that the book values are low for them considering the market for them, therefore this one is a steal.

Only reason for sale is I have 3 cars and one has to go.
Will entertain trades, but would much rather sell outright.
If you are offering a trade, be reasonable, b/c we will both know if it is an unfair deal, and I will not bother responding.
