FS: 3.5 DLS internal wastegate

Have had this just sitting and have no need for it. It's a DLS 3.5 stainless internal DP. Puck is a little tight from sitting. $350 plus shipping.

What are the welds on the pipe in that 3rd pic? Cracks maybe?

DP was sold locally...
There were no cracks on the DP, not sure why those welds were there. Was like that when I purchased it..
