The limited cars have them. The lettering and border lights up a blue color. Basically the white line and lettering on the front of the plaque lights up when the parking or headlamps are on.

I owned a Limited and because the bulb was burned out never knew it did this until years after I sold the car. Can't believe someone hasn't made an aftermarket really cool one.
