Fuel and timing adjustment

I'm getting KR under boost, my question is can adjusting my chip help?

How much boost are you running, maybe dial that back. Or of you can add fuel for wot.

I added fuel at wot it was better but still get knock if I punch it especially at a stop. How do I know if I'm adding or subtracting boost? my chip is set for 13psi on my boost gauge I'm afraid to take it past 10 because that's when the KR jumps way up
