fuel feed line-to pass side rail or to reg.1st?

This should be an easy one for you guys.Does the main fuel line from the tank go to the passenger side rail 1st or to the regulator 1st.While this was answered for me once just seems backwards.Seems to make more sense if the main line goes to the regulator, then adjusts the pressure then on to the injectors doesn't it.??Kind of like our carb'd motors..

Cant adjust my fuel pressure below 48 or 50 #s and trying to track the problem down.

Anyone know where to find the schematic of this online???

The main feed line goes to the passenger side of the fuel rail. The return goes to the regulator.

Take a look at the flex part of the return line. It may be kinked.
Also, look at the flex lines over the rear axle.. May be rotted inside, collapsed.

who do you recommend that sells an entire fuel gauge kit from the fuel rail to the cowl that I can see under WOT?
