fuel filters

Any real performance difference between the stock type fuel filters - AC, Fram, Wix, etc?

I have not noticed any real difference, just remember to change regularly.

if you don't put a hand full of dirt in your tank do you really need a $10,000 fuel filter?

I only use delco or wix filters on the buick. On everything else it's whatever is on sale.

Funny I've been running a Reds double pumper for 15-16 years and MANY quarter mile passes and LOTS of street miles and have never had a problem ?

Reds pumps ( aka Walbro numbers scratched off) are low pressure 240 pumps in the twin kit
Support 600 hp
I run twin stealth pumps
Twin 340 Walbro pumps get hot
