Hello guys,I have a ? About some 60lbs injectors, well my buddy bought a 86 GN with a bad engine gas in the oil,so id say a leaking injector. So my question is who fixes injectors?an is it worth fixing an yes I did a search found a lot about injectors but nothing on who's fixing them or how.

I believe Chuck Leeper still does them. At least I think he does. Might try getting in touch with him.

I would check the fuel pressure regulator just to make sure the diaphragm didnt rupture. That will pump gas right out the vacuum port and into the vacuum line. Either way the car would have been running rich as hell. There is no fixing the injectors as far as I know. The cost of the equipment that assembles injectors is big money. I saw one at an fuel injection class about 15 years ago . You can replace inlet screens clean them and flow them. I would send them Chuck to verify thats the problem. If they check ok it could be the regulator or someone cranked the crap out of it and it never started.Either way get those injectors checked before installing them in a new engine. good luck
