That's what I had always thought until lastnight when I backed my fuel press. down and saw my 02's go up. That's what got me thinking about it and made me unsure about it. Thanks for clearing it up for me

That's simply because those that like to fiddle with fuel pressure, forgot to tell you. When you make a fuel pressure adjustment, such as backing it down as you did, the computer compensates for this leaner condition by bumping the blm values UP, adding fuel to erase the fuel pressure change you just made
Now that blm cell 15 (WOT cell) has been bumped up to compensate for the decreased fuel pressure like all the others, guess what; more fuel than you wanted or expected.
Unless you're prepared to reset the ECM immediately before every blast you make, changing the fuel pressure isn't going to accomplish a thing, except screw up the state of tune.
Now that blm cell 15 (WOT cell) has been bumped up to compensate for the decreased fu
I guess that's why my readings are not what there suppose to be. Seems like my blm values are always running higher than what they should.
To fix this I need to reset ECM, then I should get a correct reading correct?
