Fuel press reg.

i found a guy on this site selling a pretty new fuel press reg but its off an 87 T and i was wondering if it will work on my 84 GN. the pic looks similar just dont know the specs. thanks

Yup...it should bolt right up!


When installing the reg. be sure to put some oil/lube on the O-ring...if not, you risk breaking it, and that would lead to a large fuel leak!

stock 86-87 same as 84 as far as internally? or are the later, better. thanks for the reply

They are identical in every way...Same part number...

All the fuel pressure regulators are the same that came STOCK on the 84-87 GN's.....some guys pick up a reg that looks stock, but it raises the FP a little bit (I forget what it is off of...maybe TTA?)

You best bet is to not fool around, and just buy the Adj one with a good fuel pressure gauge...it is more then you will ever need!

Stock TR/GN was a 233...the TTA was a 237(which gives about 45# f.p., vacuum line off)...The fwd 3.8/3800 also came with the 237 reg...

do yourself a favor and buy an all billet aluminum aftermarket fuel pressure regulator.no stock gm crap.you will not be sorry.
