Hi folks, have a question with my fuel pressure. Does the regulator keep pressure from dropping when key is turned off? Is there only two ways that the fuel could go once the pump is turned off, thru the injectors or thru the regulator back to tank? I'm trying to figure out why the fuel pressure drops off so quick when I shut the pump off. Engine runs fine. Thanks

It's not unusual. Regulator can bleed it off. Or the check valve in the fuel pump can leak back. Typically kinda slow.
It should not (must not) be leaking past the injectors. That would be bad.
If the hose on the fuel pump has split / ruptured, then you will see immediate bleed down super fast, as well as low fuel pressure especially at WOT.
