can you ship to Connecticut for that price...does it come with the sending unit and about a 3 foot piece of braided hose so i can mount it on the firewall.

i havent opened it up, but since it has a sending unit i would assume that there would be electric wires to the electric gauge to make it work, no need for a braided line-
