Fuel Pressure reg upgrade/replace

My car is a 85 Buick Regal T with a gunked stock fuel pressure reg, What are some recomendations for a fuel pressure regulator that I can run at stock pressure right now but when i upgrade to a 86-87 style fuel injection system, and turn up the boost (down the road) It will be able to keep up (an adjustable one)
