Fuel Pressure ?

well i have finally gotten hold of an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a gauge. Need to know what I need to set the regulator to. I am in the process of putting in new water pump, hoses, 160* thermostat, billet housing, I also have a Jim Testa chip I think ( has the smiley face sticker) that I want to put in. Not sure of his settings. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

I would start at 45 pounds with hose off.

thats what i was thinking just wanted to be sure with stock injectiors.
