I just installed an adjustable fuel regulator. Can someone tell me what fuel pressure to set it at. Im planning on running 18 psi boost with down pipe w/external wastegate, full 3 inch dual exhaust, better intercooler, cold air kit and larger throttle body and moddified upper plenum. Again, what is the base line fuel pressure with vacum off to regulator?

If you have a turbo tweak chip, it says to set it at 43 psi WITH THE VAC/BOOST LINE OFF.

Then if you get a fuel PSI gauge verify the fuel PSI goes up 1 psi per lb of boost.

Did you upgrade the fuel pump as well?

Get a fuel pressure gauge and see that you fuel pressure clims 1 PSI to 1PSI intake pressure.

Don't just belive the pump is going to be capable. Get a gauge and check it, this has burned a lot of good motors.

Just My Guess (JMG)

couldn't have said it better.... base (line off) pressure is usually 43 psi as the guys said above....

Just got back from the dyno. Dyno and Turbolink numbers said that it liked 52 psi base the best.

Yikes  .... that's awful high for a base.... better have a GOOD pump on there to supply the volume at, say... 20 psi boost = 72 psi fuel pressure.... what chip are you using? what injectors? correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think turbolink will give you the injector duty cycles... somethings definitely not well-matched or 'optimized'... that's too much base fuel pressure....

BTW.... Dyno? Huntsville? where would that be? I live in Guntersville..... just curious.....
