Fuel Pressure???

With the key in the ignition the fuel press. reads 45.....when I turn the car over it runs perfect but my Fuel pressure is at 38??? Is this normal, can I adjust it with my ADJ FPR????

Correct me if i'm wrong but wouldn't that be 45 with engine off (no vacuum), then 38 with engine on (7 lbs of vacuum)....in other words, perfectly normal?

Sounds right.
Most important is that the fuel pressure rises lb for lb under boost.

Your fuel pressure will drop by half of your engine vacuum.
