I got new injecters almost a year ago. They are 36lbs. and i have fuel pressure set at 40-42 psi line on. Hold should that pressure be held for? Mine will hold for awhile and slowly go down till zero.
Could i have an injector problem or it that normal?

Thanks
Scott

Scott, that sounds perfectly normal. I wouldn't want to go out on a limb & say exactly how long they should take to bleed down, but I will say that a few hours or so seems to be the norm. I'm certain I'll be corrected if necessary.:)

thing is, your fuel pressure is set high....should be like 42-45 with the vac line off....that will look like 38 or so with the line on

I have seen fuel systems hold pressure for a month and others that go away in 10 min.....if it doesn't drop pressure immediately, it is prolly fine

Thanks for the info. I was just trying to figure out if there was a problem with my injectors cuz it seem like the car stumbles at ideal. just making sure.

Thanks again

Scott
